CrossFit classes are one hour in length. They include warm-up and stretching, strength or skill work, workout of the day (WOD) and a cool down. Each workout is completely scalable to athletes of any age or fitness level. Try a FREE class out today!
Personal training can provide you with sessions focused on your specific needs and goals. This is perfect if you feel you need a little extra help before joining group classes, you want to focus on something more specialized such as training for a specific sport, or you simply prefer working out one on one with a trainer. Personal training is available in either full hour ($45 per session) or half hour ($30 per session) lessons. Open gym is a time for athletes to work on extra skills, strength, or make up missed workouts. Coaching is not available during this time, but a coach will be on site to supervise safety and answer quick questions. Open gym hours are posted on CrossFit 007’s Facebook page each day and are available during scheduled class times at the coach’s discretion.
